We anticipate 3x Sketch Plan revisions during this period to ensure the final layout aligns with our project goals and meets all regulatory requirements.


    Week 4-5: Finalizing Due Diligence Findings and Terms:

    By the fourth week, we aim to conclude our due diligence process and finalizing the Sketch Plan. This includes reviewing any outstanding issues or concerns, confirming compliance with all applicable regulations, and ensuring alignment with our project objectives. Additionally, we will work with legal counsel to formalize the terms of the agreement, incorporating any necessary contingencies or provisions identified during the due diligence period.


    Overall, a 4-5 week due diligence period is anticipated for thorough assessment of the site. Upon completion of the Sketch Plan, we will arrange a Pre-Application meeting with the local permitting authority to begin the permitting process with confidence.
